This short non-narrative film Pavoučí symfonie (The Spider Symphony) was created during a plein air in Bohemian Switzerland. 

While I was running around in the forest with my camera looking for a subject for my future animation, I came across two spiders weaving a web together. They immediately caught my attention, so I started photographing them. This documentary series of photographs inspired me so much that I decided to dedicate an entire film to spiders and their webs. 

The creation was very intuitive, and composing the photographs to the rhythm of the music turned out to be a great exercise for working with editing and film structure.
